How do I return an item? Follow
We've made returns even easier! Simply go to www.scrubin.com/returns and follow the easy online instructions to print your return label.
Don't Forget:
- Product(s) must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. Laundered items will not be accepted for return unless defective.
- ALL EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE unless defective.
- Shoeboxes must not be damaged. Do not use your shoebox as the shipping box.
- Please include a copy of your return request or invoice. If you send the original, it will not be returned.

If you are not able to obtain a pre-paid label via our website, please return all products to:
