Due to health codes, opened stethoscopes may not be returned unless manufacturer's defect. Returned stethoscopes must be in their original, unused condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Please do not use the product box as a shipping container, this will cause the item to be unsaleable and no refund will be given. If your items are not in new resalable condition with tags attached (unless defective), no refund or credit will be issued.
